Onland Australia Pty Ltd outdoor ranges carry a outdoor warranty from one (1) to three (3) years against manufacturing faults.
Three Year outdoor Warranty: All aluminium frames
Two Year outdoor Warranty:
⦁ All wood tables – checking (fine cracking) and colour change to silver grey is normal
⦁ Resin Wicker
One Year outdoor Warranty: All fabrics, foam and microfibre in slings and cushions, aluminium surface powdercoating and anodising.
Exclusions: The following are excluded from the above warranties:
(a) Normal wear and tear and normal fade.
(b) Scratching and abrasion.
(c) All commercial use.
(d) Tables damaged by incorrect umbrella installation and use
(e) Neglect, misuse or accident.
Given the above exclusions, Onland Australia will repair or replace (at Onland Australia’s option) frame or parts which fail within the above periods from the date of purchase. Onland Australia reserves the right to substitute similar merchandise should the model or colour in question no longer be available. A replacement for the failed item only, not for a complete setting.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please contact your Retailer should you wish to make a outdoor warranty claim.
The Retailer will then make the claim directly with Onland Australia’s Customer Service Department at the
address listed below. All claims will require proof of purchase, and if goods are deemed to be faulty upon receipt, claims must be made within 14 days from date of purchase. Freight charges incurred with the replacement or repair will be covered by Onland Australia.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired, replaced or partly replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
